2. Sleeveless shirts - New Look | Skirt - Topshop | Necklace - Forever21
3. Dress - Topshop (old) | Tights - H&M | Boots - International

5. Blazer - H&M (old) | T-shirt - Primark | Necklace - Market | Gold jeans - New Look | Bag - Primark (old)

Hey guys! So here's what I wore this week! Not a photo from every day, as one day I wore a hoodie and leggings and there was a lot of outfit recycling due to me staying in London with limited space for clothes. Oh and I also forgot one day haha! But yeah, this is an easier way of me showing you the things I've been wearing. Sometimes it's difficult for me to do proper outfit posts (ie.being home at the right time of day for lighting) but I still want to show you some of the things I put together.
This won't replace outfit posts though! Just this week I had no time for taking any proper ones :( But I got a new wireless remote which I'm excited to use! Hopefully it'll make my photos a bit better :)

Something I'd Never Seen

Dress - In Love with Fashion
Blazer - New Look (old)
Belt - H&M
Necklace - Miss Selfridge
Shoes - Jeffrey Campbell Litas

Hey guys! It's been about a month since I last did a post now, which is a bit crazy. Unfortunately college work got the best of me, but I got that all done, then headed straight out to New York for a week (which was amazing!), then when I came home we had family over until half way through the second week of my Easter holiday. When they went home, I kind of fancied just relaxing and not having to worry about doing anything! Now I'm back to college, and already I've had a tonne of work dumped on me (typical), but I'm going to start posting again. It may not be a lot, but I don't want to stop entirely :)

ANYWAY! This post features a dress from In Love With Fashion, the brand that you can find in Topshop :) I was lucky enough to win it through a giveaway Kim from Sweet Monday was holding (thank you so much!) and I couldn't have been more excited! I'd been lusting over this dress for ages but couldn't bring myself to part with the £48 (plus £4 postage) so when I won the giveaway I did a crazy happy dance and, yeah, was very happy. It arrived really quickly in the tiniest package. I didn't know a dress this big could be folded so small.
It's very long on me, but I'm 5"1 so everything is long on me. I have to wear my Lita's with it all the time. I also had to get Mum to take it up at the shoulders because the body was meant for someone longer than me. Apart from these complications, it's amazing! A beautiful colour, and it just looks so elegant. I definitely feel all flowy and feminine in it :') It also comes in loads of other colours, but probably won't be around much longer so I'd suggest getting in there quick if you've been thinking about buying one.
It's so nice!

I'm still gracing the pink dip dyed hair, but after a month of it I now want to do blue/green. First I have to get my hair trimmed and my highlights re-done, and then get rid of the pink. But I'm super excited for it! I quite like having crazy colours in my hair, considering I've never actually coloured my hair.

My good friend Carrie took these photos for me. I asked her because I didn't think my self-timer method would quite show off the dress the way I want. She also took the photo for my new (but not so new anymore) header! I'm so pleased with it. Thanks Carrie! :D

Reality's Not My Thing

Blazer - H&M
Dress - H&M
Belt - Bershka
Shoes - H&M
7 Denier Tights in Illusion - Marks and Spencer

What's this? Full body photos? Really? But I thought you couldn't do them! Well, so did I! I get very annoyed with my tripod, because I always set it to EXACTLY the same height, but every time is always gives me different variations in how much of me it shows. The lens is always zoomed out, and it's set up at the same distance away from me (I have various markers) but it's always different. So it was a shock when I looked through the lens to see that I could fit the whole of me into the shot! I'm not sure if I'll get this lucky again, we'll see....

Anyway! I'm wearing a lot of H&M here, and didn't even realise until typing this post up. Everything is old stock apart from the shoes which should still be in all stores and the tights which I don't think M&S will ever stop selling. I got the shoes because Lily has been wearing flatforms a lot, and I thought to myself how wonderful they would be. Height without the pain! I came across these shoes and even though they're not flatforms but more wedges they're not too high so I got them. I then went and got them in black too :) It's a shame they're slightly too big for me so I have to wear insoles which almost do it.
I hardly ever wear this blazer but I should do more often. I always can't help but feel it doesn't go with what I put it with, so I swap it for a different blazer. The dress is also something I should wear more of and I don't know why I don't! It's so lovely :'( Maybe now that it's getting warmer I will!

You can see my dip dye a bit better now :) I need to wash my hair but I'm too scared! I know the colour is going to fade dramatically, especially as I have to use Head and Shoulders to please my scalp. I guess I'll just have to see how it goes. Oh the woes of colouring hair! This is probably why I don't normally do it.

With Love From Manhattan

Top - New Look
Cardigan - New Look
Shorts - Levis (via eBay)
Tights - Primark
Belt - Primark

Hey guys! This outfit is slightly relevant as I'm actually off to Manhattan on the 31st! It's a college trip, but I think it's going to be pretty good :) I've never been to New York before and I've been told that I'll be blown away by it. I actually bought this top so I could wear it out there. Yup, I'm pretty cool.

Anyway, this combo has been a bit of a go-to recently for me. Providing the weather lets me, this is what I throw on. I love the top, and of course I love anything Levi, and this cardigan has become my staple. I really love the tights, and got a few comments on them when I first wore them :) I think they're interesting! I was going to by the massive bow suspender ones, but saw these and got them instead. I'm pretty glad because as much as I love suspender tights (I own two pairs) I never feel confident enough to wear them.

My shorts quest is marching on! (lolol. OneRepublic) I've got 9 pairs at the moment, most still in jean form. My biggest problem is what I'm actually going to do with them all. If I'm going to dye some, I want to only have to use one dye and get as many pairs done from that one, so I need to plan what each pair will look like. This is proving difficult because I'm rubbish at planning things and it always gets me in a muddle. For now, my next step is to cut them all to shorts. I did stud one pair though, but they need a bit more done to them. As always, I'll keep you up to date on here and Twitter :)

Ultimate Man

Shirt - Tommy Hilfiger (via charity shop)
Shorts - DIY (via charity shop)
Braces - Primark
Leggings - H&M

Hey guys! Sorry I've been quiet for over two weeks now. Stuff has been going on and I wanted to focus on that instead :) I've also only got 17 days left of my college project and I'm really behind! As always.

Anyway, say hello to these shorts again! I really can't wait for summer, I'll probably be in them all the time. Plus it'll be summer which is a massive thumbs up! I also like wearing these to college because I know no one else will have them. Over the past few months I've found that anything new coming into Topshop I can't really get because I know half my college class will also have it (slight exaggeration). I know that sounds silly, because of course millions of people will have the same item, but I have a fear of wearing the same thing as someone on the same day because I'd feel like a prat. There have been a few times now where I've been in Topshop and seen a top or something that I like, then I'm in college a few days later and one of my class mates has the top on. I can't deal with it haha! I suppose it saves me money though :D And of course they can buy what they want. I'm not complaining, I just don't want to risk the awkward 'Oh, we're wearing the same thing....' moment.
Showcasing my Tommy Hilfiger shirt again. I think this is one of those things I'm just going to have to keep forever. It was a real lucky find and now that I know what it is I'm happy to have it :) Plus I'm in these men's braces from Primark and my hair is up, so I'm just channelling ultimate man!

Do you like my bum shots? They're actually intended to show the back of the shorts because I like the bleaching on the back more, but it just looks like I'm trying to show off my arse. Apologies!
Also, for those of you interested in my whole shorts project, I've got about seven pairs of jeans/shorts that are now waiting for crazy things to happen to them. I will put updates on here and on twitter when I can :)

It's A Prisoners Game

Shirt - Primark
Nude Vest (worn under shirt) - New Look
Shorts - Levis (via eBay)
Belt - H&M
Rings - Dorothy Perkins and Miss Selfridge
Nails - No7 Stay Perfect in Dollar

Hey guys! Today I tired taking my photos in a different room. My room is north facing, so it never gets any sun and is generally rather dark, but my parents room is south facing and has lots of light. It also looks and feels a lot warmer! So today I took my photos in there instead. What do you think? Do the photos look better?

I went to Lakeside on Thursday with Mum, mainly to take a few things back to Primark, but of course we were going to have a peek around the shops. I ended up buying two blouses from the SS12 collection in Primark and this is one of them! I don't have anything stripped like it and I'm really fond of it. Biggest problem is that the button holes are too small so undoing the shirt is a real nightmare! The other blouse has the same problem. I guess it is Primark though.... The shirt is see through and I'm not a fan of sheer; I don't like seeing girls bra's and stuff, but I bought a nude vest top from New Look to wear under such things. Have you seen the Primark SS12 lookbook? It's pretty good! A lot of the stuff is already in bigger stores now so if you can go check it out :)
I'm also in my trusty Levi shorts. I'm thinking of starting to sell dyed/studded levis/general shorts and I want your opinions on it! But I'm going to do a separate post on that.
Here's the belt from H&M I posted here. I exchanged an XS for a S which just about does up. This belt is really good in the fact that it's a thick buckle belt for your waist, and it does a tiny size for tiny people (ie the XS). I've looked for one for a while but all buckle belts like it seem to be very long as they're supposed to go round your hips! Nice to find one for your waist.

If you read my latest Wednesday Waffling you'll know that I went out a bought a real pair of JC Lita's last weekend. I'm giving them test runs before I do a post on them.
Something that struck me as typical is that, once I'd spent the £108 on the shoes (which are non refundable to Office unless they have a fault. I hate shops that have stupid policies like that) I suddenly need to buy LOTS of things. Not like "Oooooh I want that top" but more like "I need a camera lens for my college work, and film, and paper". Basically important stuff that I do actually need, and I haven't been receiving payments of money from various things that I should have been, so I'm suddenly very out of pocket. It's gotten me kind of worried that I won't be able to afford my train travel up to college, because pay day for me isn't for another two weeks. I need some kind of way to make money quickly to tide me over!

Blue Bottle

Chunky Knit Cardigan - New Look
Playsuit - River Island
Tights - Tesco

Hey guys! So I did manage to do an outfit post even thought I'd been at the gym :)
I'm in my trusty chunky knit again. God I love this cardigan! I wear it all the time and it keeps me nice and warm. I'm also in love with the colour. These days I'm a sucker for anything brown or berry red.
The playsuit was bought in the Jan sales. Funnily enough, I've bought this style twice already! I came across it in red in the store at Westfields about three months ago. I loved it so much, took it to the till and it was only £20 (reduced from £34). When I got home, I found out why - it creased horribly! It had only been in the bag a few hours and already it was so badly creased, so I took it back. Then it came out again in black, and also in a much better material, so I bought that one in a student 20% off day, but I had to get a size 8 instead of 6. In reality, I needed the 6 (mainly down to my height) so I had to take it back. Finally, I came across this one, in a 6 for £15 and I just bought it. I've only got one other blue thing in my wardrobe (a dress) and for £15 I couldn't give myself a reason not to get it, so now it's mine and I love it :D The frill detail at the top is so nice and girly, which is a nice contrast to most of my clothes.
The tights were a Christmas present from Santa. Another funny story, Santa got me a lot of tights at Christmas, and the clever old guy got me a pair that I already had! Mum was quite shocked when we found this out haha.

Ugh my roots are starting to grow out, and so is my fringe. I should really go to the hairdressers but I don't want to pay the £40 for it all... There's so much other stuff I want to buy! I've got a list up on my wall and I'm not sure my recent pay day will cover it all :( Plus I bought another pair of Levi's yesterday, which will bring my shorts count to about 13?

Blogger finally brought in replying to comments! I noticed the other day so I went a little reply crazy haha. I'm so pleased though, because now interacting will be so much easier :)

Christmas Jumper

Jumper - Primark
Levis - eBay
Earrings - Topshop
Ring - Miss Selfridge
Nails - Deborah Lippmann

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Hey guys! So wow, it's Christmas day! To me it doesn't feel like it, unfortunately I haven't found myself in the Christmas spirit at all this year. A bit sad really :( My guess is because I'm getting old, and don't believe in Santa anymore! I kinda wish I could go back to being a kid just so that I could appreciate this time of year a little more.

ANYWAY! On to what I'm wearing. This jumper was one of the presents I knew about. I spotted it in Primark men's section a few months ago and really liked it. Mum and Dad didn't UNTIL I put it on and wowed them haha! I really love it and surprisingly it doesn't make me itch! Good old Primark :)
The ring and earrings were two more presents I knew about. The ring was from my friend and the earrings from my Mum. Love them loads :) It's only after taking the photos that I realised 'Oh shit! I'm wearing gold and silver together!'. Major faux pas. But whatever. I did that thing where you wear everything you get as you open it, so I had a few rings on, the earrings, a belt, the jumper, some fluffy socks and some fluffy boot toppers on! Not exactly matching but hey ho.
The shorts are my new obsession. My wonderful friend Lois - for some reason without even trying (probably because she looks smokin in them) - converted me to Levis. We went shopping in Camden a few weeks ago and near the end of the day we finally found the vintage bit! (That place needs a map or something). Of course there were lots of 'vintage' Levis but the ones I tried on were too big and too small. Typical. So I went to eBay, and after lots of umming and arrring at what size to get I took the plunge and bought these babies. They read as W29, but they measure a 27 and they're still a little big but they're perfect :) I'm really chuffed with them and have been living in them ever since they came.
The nail varnish is from the most recent GlossyBox which I will be writing about before the new year :)

I had a bit of Christmas yesterday too as my sister came round (she doesn't live at home anymore). First we celebrated her birthday (happy birthday again sis!) and she was stolen from us by her friend for a surprise lunch :) Then when she got back it was suddenly Christmas day and we opened our presents from each other. Then we had a very Christmasy curry for dinner haha :)

For some reason once I uploaded my photos on here they became very de-saturated :S Not sure why this has happened. It's possibly because I took in RAW but I converted them to my normal PNG before uploading. Strange, hopefully it will sort it's self out!

Tomorrow I'm hitting the sales with Mum. Quite looking forward to it really :) Hopefully I can get some nice things for a good price! Otherwise, I hope everyone has had a good day and hasn't eaten too much!

I'm Free To Wonder

Vest Top - H&M
Shorts - New Look (old)
Leggings - H&M
Necklace - Miss Selfridge
Belt - Primark

Hey guys! So this is something I threw together on Monday. Was running around all over the place to different things and I wanted to be comfy! I got this cardigan the other day - I spied it a while ago but didn't get it, then there was 25% off knitwear online and if the order was over £20 I could do click and collect for free, so I picked it up for £20.99! I much prefer that price :) It was the colour that attracted me first because I'm a bit mental for deep reds, and then I've also lusted after a baggy, chunky knit cardi for aaaages. I've bought a few chunky knits, but none have been baggy too. This one basically fits the bill perfectly, plus it's really warm! Main downside is that some of the wool as come loose on the sleeve so I'm going to have to sew that back in place, otherwise I'm pretty chuffed!
The shorts are starting to get a bit old now. I've had them for maybe nearly two years now, and the elastine is starting to give a bit too much :( It's a massive shame because I love them to pieces but I've taken a dive and bought a pair of 501 Levi shorts off eBay to replace them. That's if they fit though! I'm thinking of throwing a load of bleach on these ones and seeing what happens, because I don't think I can bring myself to actually throw them away.
The necklace is new - I got it in the Miss Selfridge 50% off jewellery offer. For some reason I've decided that I want it to be a necklace I wear a lot. Like you know how some people have necklaces they hardly ever take off? Well I want this to be one of them. It has no sentimental value to me though so I'm not sure if it's a bad thing. I like it none the less, so we'll see how long it lasts :)

I've got some photos I need to edit from my college work to put up on my photo page. I still need to give all the photos from the final shoot to my model! Whoops! Been pretty busy though. Even though I'm on holiday I'm doing something pretty much everyday till Christmas. I'm hoping to keep Friday to myself and just relax.

60's Sista

Playsuit - River Island

Hey guys! Can't believe it's already been a week since my last post :( No Wednesday Waffling this week as I had deadlines. So glad that college is done now till next year! Maybe I can start getting some more outfit posts done!

I bought this playsuit from River Island in their last student 20% off day. It's £40 but I got it for £32, which annoyingly breaks my nothing over £30 unless it's shoes or coats rule. But I think it's worth it, because it's my first playsuit and I absolutely love it! I'm quite into monochrome at the moment, possibly because my college project was based on it? Regardless I love it, and it feels very sixties but quite classy if I may say so? I also quite like the belt :)
My biggest problem with playsuits seems to be that they're too long for me. I tried on loads before this one, and they all were made to fit people of average height (5"3+) but as I'm only 5"1 it didn't go too well. Mum had to take about an inch off the shoulders of this one because it sat away from me :/ Well, it's either they do that or the crotch hangs stupidly low.

It's the shortest day this Wednesday! Which only means one thing: the days will start getting longer! I don't think I could be more excited! I hate how early it gets dark; it's so depressing. Ha I think I'm more excited about that than Christmas! How silly.
I'm planning a blog sale some time after Christmas. I also need to do a giveaway soon. I've got one small thing for it, but I'd like to get some more stuff.

Fog is Kinda Foggy

Sleeveless Shirt - New Look
Skirt (including belt) - River Island (sale)

Hey guys! This is something I wore last week to college. I've talked about the shirt before but the skirt is something I've had for a few months now and not shown you. I got it in a River Island sale in the summer for a nice £10! I was pretty chuffed considering it's River Island and all.
It's possibly a bit longer than I would usually go for, but I don't think I mind too much. The pattern and colour was what drew me in. I don't have anything like it in a similar colour and it fit me pretty nicely round the waist so I got it :)
When I wore it I obviously added a cardigan and tights, but they were just throw on things really . . .

It's starting to get kinda cold, and it's been foggy for the past few days! Not loving it to be honest, but I've been wearing my fur coat and it is so warm! Seriously it has kept me nice a cosy. Hopefully it will continue to do so.

Girly Girl

Blouse - Primark
Shorts - Miss Selfridge (sale)
Tights - Primark

Hey guys! Another lazy day regarding image editing. My laptop can't seem to take anything at the moment, so I'd rather leave them unedited and get them posted rather than spend the next few hours fighting with it whilst it freezes.
Anyway, this is something I wore the other day to college. I've had all these things for a while now, and worn this a few times but never got the chance to photograph it. I really like the combination - I feel very girly :) I got the shorts in the Miss Selfridge sale about a month ago, and I'm really pleased with them. Usually shorts in such a flippy floppy material don't hang from my bum in a flattering way, but these are alright :) I also like the little tie up bit at the front.
The blouse was a good buy! I like the colour, but unfortunately it holds any unwanted smells that come from a day of wear. It can't even be aired out, so it has to be washed every time I wear it. Mum says it's because it's nylon and that odors cling to it. It's kind of frustrating but I don't wear it all the time.
The tights are another Primark buy. I always get my day to day tights from Primark. I mean, especially the super cosies! They're a tough act to follow.

Sorry I look so moody/upset in these photos. They're actually awful! It's probably because I haven't done outfit photos in so long. Must change that.
Also, how long has my hair gotten? It's only after looking at these photos that I've really noticed it. It's just so long! My roots really need doing though, so I'm going to the hairdressers this Thursday to get that sorted and to have a trim.

On a final note, the Christmas London blogger meet was today. I was originally going but had to pull out after my Internet shortage set me behind on my college work. I'm really gutted that I couldn't go and it looks like everyone had a really good time! I really hope I can go to the next meet, and it's not on a day I'm working!
