Everything I Bought This Week

Hey guys! It's only after telling myself I MUST stop shopping because I decided to buy a real pair of JC Lita's (£120) that I really discovered how far my shopping addiction goes. I told myself to stop buying stuff at the beginning of the week, and this is what I've ended up with. Seriously, £120 is half of my month's pay so I can't carry on buying other stuff.
Regardless, I thought I'd show you all what I bought (and what I'm going to probably take back).

I'll start with the tops. On the right hand side you can see a vest top that reads 'With Love From Manhattan'. Now I was originally going to buy the Topshop Manhattan top, but I was holding off because it's £22 and it wasn't going in the sale. I'd been swooning over all tops relating to New York because I'm going there for the first time in April, and being all cool I want to wear one whilst I'm out there. Now me and Mum were in the New Look kids section and she spotted this top and I actually liked it more! And for £10 I wasn't complaining so I got it :) I know I'm gonna be keeping this one because I really like it.
Next we have the Batman top. I don't know why I bought this - I don't watch Batman - but for some reason I got a bee in my bonnet about having one. Well, I stumbled upon this in the River Island boys kids section. I walked away with an age 9 - 10! And it's not even tight! I originally tried on the age 11 - 12 but that was way too big. Seriously, how big are 9 year old boys?! Either way, it was only £10 and on eBay all Batman tops were nearing £20 to I bought it. I'm swaying more to keeping it than getting rid of it but we'll see...
Finally the white top is a Primark men's extra small, and it's massive. I liked it because it's got the Union Jack on it, and I'd much rather wear my own flag than the American one (even though I wear both). My plan would be to cut it up a bit, but I dunno, I'm not sure about it. Do I really need it? Mum likes it though, which makes me feel bad about possibly taking it back. I know how stupid that sounds, but pretty much all the clothes I own are 'Mum approved'. Plus she won't let me cut it up. But it's only £5! Dilemma.

Next are the shorts. I used to hate anything with the American flag on it purely because like I said, I'd rather wear my own flag. This has since (kinda) changed as there is next to nothing with the Union Jack on sale here that isn't tacky. Plus, I have an obsession with shorts. So the fact that these are shorts swayed me from the start. They're in the Topshop sale for £20, but now that I've got them home I'm thinking that I really don't need them, so probably will take them back. I bought them with a gift card though, which kinda sucks because I want the £20 in my account :(

Finally, this lot!
The two belts are hopefully supposed to be waist belts for my new high waisted Levi's. After discovering I have a 25" waist, I figured finding belt to fit it might be tough. The brown one is from the kids section in Primark, and the black is an XS from H&M (though I think I need a bigger size, as it only just does up on the smallest part of my waist). These are both keepers.
The braces are a recent want. I randomly come up with things that I must have in my life, and they were one of them. Originally I was going to buy a pair on eBay, but the Primark men's ones were cheaper at £2. They adjust to fit me nicely, so I'm a happy chappy :D
Then we've got the two pairs of tights. I've been after a pair of suspender tights like this for months now but recently I bought a pair of tights that are exactly the same, but without the heart suspender bit. So now that I've got these, I don't actually need them so I'm going to take them back. Again on a giftcard, so no actual money back for me :'( The other tights are a pair I spotted in Primark today. They intrigued me and for £3 I just got them.

I'm probably going to buy the Lita's next weekend so fingers crossed I won't buy anything between now and then, and until my next pay day... Ok that's not very likely.
